I Love Quizlet

Raghu is reading "The Indian in the Cupboard" this week. Quizlet has several vocab/spelling lists from the text there. I chose this one for him: http://quizlet.com/10946739/the-indian-in-the-cupboard-flash-cards/ because it has only 14 terms and we are only spending a week on this book. Last week he made a venn diagram comparing Ramon and Sevillano from "The Black Pearl" and Rasa made a finger puppet show to act out the scene from the same book where the pearl dealers make their offer and Ramon's father gives the pearl to the church. I could have videoed the puppet show and scanned the venn diagram to share here, but we had little time.

Raghu's Book Response Activity for "Little Lord Fauntleroy" by Frances Hodgson Burnett

Since then, he has read Frankenstein and The Black Pearl. He drew a picture of the Manta Diablo from The Black Pearl.

Kearns is a complex character with a messed up view of right and wrong. 

Will Henry (Liam James)

Will Henry is the dutiful apprentice to Pellinore, and the main character of the book.

The Nurse (Fiona Shaw)

The nurse is foolish and mean.

Malachi (Logan Lerman)

Malachi is a strong character who got broken when his family got murdered.

Owner of the asylum (Michael Cane)

Doctor Starr is an evil man with no morals.
